Just wanted to let you know how awesome the rental experience I had with Omega in New Zealand was. I rent cars regularly in the USA from different companies. It's always an extremely painful process that I dread.
I absolutely loved working with Omega. It was a breath of fresh air and I wish others would learn from you. Communication was excellent when planning the trip. Your employee's actually seemed to like working for the company and were happy to help. The cars were great and the price was excellent. The shuttle service to and from airports and ferry terminals was so easy to use. Everyone was awesome.
Thank you soooo much for making our trip a pleasant experience. Looking forward to visiting New Zealand again!

Omega is the benchmark
I use Omega at Christchurch Airport regularly. Having used a wide range of rental companies, Omega is the benchmark for its wonderful, helpful staff and the professionalism it provides from reliable cars, to tit-bits of local advice. Plus, their prices are very competitive. Highly recommended.

Peace of mind
The service I got from Omega was first-class and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
I hired an older ‘cheap’ car; the car was immaculate condition and top-notch mechanically and I had no issues with the hire. The hire rate was very cheap and any additional ‘waiver excess’ rates more than acceptable.
I would definitely use Omega again for peace of mind hireage cars and rates, and its very friendly, professional staff.

You made our travel home stress free
Excellent service ..excellent rates . Had to get to the airport by 3.30 and the driver was waiting and ready. You made our travel home stressful free. Well worth recommending.

Very seldom do we see service of this high quality
Fantastic service. Very efficient in and out. Car was perfect. Upon returning of the motor vehicle, very quick turn around, next minute I am dropped off at the International Airport. Very seldom do we see service of this high quality and I have worked in Banking the last 40 years.
Will definitely use Omega again.

No messing around with deposits
I am very pleased to say that the service was excellent, a good car, an excellent rate but most importantly of all so hassle free, no messing around with deposits nor worrying about mileage.
I have no hesitation in recommending Omega Rental Cars and in fact have done so on two occasions.

No other rental company compares
Again to Queenstown Omega Rentals.....we recently booked a car through your office for a time of 5 days in Auckland. As usual the staff in Queenstown were exceedingly helpful. Alongside of this the service in Auckland was excellent too. Good work Omega....no other rental company compares to you Always our favourite.
