For the past 3 years have hired from Omega
I come over to NZ annually around November and for the past 3 years have hired vehicles from Omega. I have nothing but praise for the helpfulness of the staff and the state or their vehicles. The booking of the vehicle has always gone smoothly and the service to the airport or our hotel is brilliant. Thanks heaps and I will see you again in 2015.

Will definitely come back to Omega
I just wanted to say thank you for my first rental car experience. The car was a joy to drive and your service and price were great. We had no issues although driving in NZ is an experience, especially that hill! When we next go back to NZ we will definitely come back to Omega Car Rentals.

Fantastic impression of NZ!
We ware back to Picton Ferry Branch at around 12:40 to return our car on Oct 28th and our Ferry schedule is 1:15 which is very tight. Kelvin is very professional and calm, he asked our Ferry schedule first and used the fastest speed to finish the paper work and sent us to the Ferry. We caught the ferry at the last second successfully. I bet we would miss the ferry without Kevlin's help. His is really a kind man, thanks Kelvin and Omega rentals, your gave me a fantastic impression of New Zealand.

Why hire from anyone else?
There is no possible reason why I would hire a vehicle from anyone else. I'm only an infrequent customer, but I'm a happy one, and I tell others I'm a happy Omega customer.

Awesome experience with Omega
Awesome experience with Omega, car immaculate, smelt great and the service was very friendly and family like. Driven back to airport without having to hang around and wait. Excellent and would use again.

Trouble free experience
I am just writing to thank you for a trouble free experience with our car. It drove well and was most reliable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Omega to any of my friends who were traveling to NZ. It certainly makes the holiday more enjoyable when you don't have to worry about getting around.

This is the 17th year in a row we have rented from you!
Once again our experience with Omega was excellent. I think this is the 17th year in a row that we have rented from you! Omega had 6 cars (or some very low number!) when we started working with you. Everyone was great. I returned the car to your airport location, but went to the previous location. The new office went in service in the intervening year, but we found you around the corner! Thanks again for all you do!

I have no qualms about using Omega the service has always been good and the staff are always polite and efficient this is my fourth time touring and every time i have booked with Omega keep doing the good work and thanks.
