We recently rented from Omega Rental Cars, at short notice, a Toyota Vitz.  We found the experience smooth, friendly and accommodating, and helped make our short visit richer. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition mechanically.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to drive one of your cars, a Mazda Premacy.  Needed the space for ease of use of a 4 wheel mobility walker.  Car met that need, was economical and the staff were extremely helpful when we wanted to extend our hire, especially over a long weekend.  The Sat Nav (extra) was invaluable in showing us the way so that the usual 'navigator', my spouse, didn't have to spend her time with her head in a series of maps showing many unfamiliar names.  (Even if the Sat-Nav didn't recognise Waitangi)

We had a lovely holiday in NZ, largely due to a great 8 days driving around in an Omega rental car. The staff were so friendly, laid-back and relaxed, but efficient at both pick-up and return. The car went really well, and we were very impressed - quality at a very reasonable price.

Hey guys, I was having coffee with a friend, saying I was going to pick up a rental, she asked where and what company, I replied to all her questions, she said try this company Omega in Miramar , she got on the phone and cancelled my booking with the other company, she had Omega's details and we have booked and picked up a car from Omega.  Really great service, price, the package for 5x days was the best in Wellington, great job done by all at omega, and I saved some cash.  Awesome!

During my visit to Wellington a couple of weeks ago, I hired a vehicle for the weekend from your Miramar location. Everything about the experience in dealing with Omega was first class. The car was spotless and comfortable to drive, and very economical.  The gentleman who attended to me was very helpful and friendly.  I was sorry that I missed your closing time at Hutt Rd by five minutes when returning the car, I was hoping to thank your staff personally.

I will certainly be hiring from you again when next in Wellington and I’ll have no hesitation in recommending you to others when the opportunity arises.

These people are really very good. I've used Omega for four trips through NZ over the last six or seven years and have been impressed by the oustanding 'customer care' shown by Omega (which many other NZ businesses could learn from) Staff are friendly, considerate, try hard to help and ensure the customer is happy. I've had various cars including really budget deals but all have been reliable, comfortable and have done the job. Congratulations! You've got it right. I'll be back.

Over the past few years I have hired cars from Omega in both Wellington and Auckland. This has always been a pleasurable exercise with good cars and good service.

Recently some friends from overseas, ( the UK ) hired a car in Wellington for touring some parts of the region.  They remarked how great it was to hire from Omega, that the service was fantastic and how very nice and helpful the lady manager at Thorndon was when they hired the car. I of course was not surprised that they too found Omega good people to deal with.

The service from all members of staff was great and dropping me off after I had handed my car in was a surprise. The car did what I asked of it, with no trouble at all and that’s all I needed it to do on my holiday. SO, thank you very much and as this must had been the fourth time I have rented a car from you, then the next time you are at the top of my list if I need you again.
