1. I found the price of the car was good value, considering the time of the year when I was looking for rental cars.

2. I really liked the fact that I could see what everything was going to cost i.e. daily rental price of the car, insurance information, vehicle details, location of your office for drop off etc...

3. Having a shuttle available (notifying you of my arrival with a phone call) made my life very easy - the shuttle arrived in a timely manner and your driver was helpful - I was the only passenger. 

4. Your office representative who met me at the office base, was helpful, humorous and made the sign up process easy and quick - as well as explaining everything I needed to know.

5. The car was clean and looked great - it was perfect for my needs.

6. The Mazda Demio model is really roomy and enabled me to easily fit in my suitcase.

7. Drop off was simple, I didn't even need to go to the office desk, I was met by one of your representatives outside, he took the key and asked me how the car went... simple - awesome, thank you - then - a few minutes until onto the shuttle and to the airport.

8. The vehicle drove very smoothly, and I felt very happy and comfortable driving it.

You guys were the best rental company I have used in Auckland.  Pick up was pretty efficiently, and the driver took our bags to the door of the office (a total surprise it helped me -so  thankful!) then they explained the forms properly (a first!!!) and   the car was tidy and went just fine and was just as ordered online! Delivery back to the airport was just as efficient.  What I also like is the fact that you like to know if we are return customers.  This was my first time using Omega – but I will certainly continue into the future as the experience was soooo much better than others I have used for family and business purposes.  Thanks Omega -  you do a great job at a very friendly price! You guys ROCK!

I’d love to share my thoughts on Omega - just love the business and we have rented since the mid to late 90’s. The slogan about being upfront truly reflects the core nature of the business and we have always had great service, and great value for money. We live in Australia and when we come back to NZ it is always Omega for a rental car. Our son and daughter now hire cars from you as well, gotta love the deal of the day, best value, great cars.

I have recently rented a small car from you from Christchurch airport branch and I wanted to write to you to commend you for your excellent service. Collection of the car was easy, quick and efficient. Your staff are very helpful, polite and competent. Unfortunately I had to leave New Zealand early and thus return the car much earlier than I expected. Your staff dealt with this in the most exemplary manner and arranged a refund without any discussion or problem. This is an excellent car hire company that cannot be faulted for service or fairness. I will certainly use omega again on my next visit to New Zealand. There has been a lot of bad press recently with some car rental companies in Europe targeting customers with false claims for nonexistent damage.omega is definitely not one of these companies and you can use them with confidence that you will be fairly and courteously treated. 

I would like to thank Omega for supplying a fantastic reliable vehicle. Allan met us at the Picton ferry terminal and was very helpful in delivering our vehicle to the terminal due to me being unable to transfer into his shuttle bus and the shuttle bus not being wheelchair accessible. I had a similar scenario when I had to return the vehicle to your Christchurch airport depot. The Christchurch transfer bus was also not wheelchair accessible. I rang the day before and explained my situation to Jake, he was so accommodating and offered to meet me at your depot at 4am, drop me at the airport and return my vehicle. Fortunately we had a change in flights and Jake did not need to make such a commendable sacrifice.

I have such admiration for your staff and will recommend Omega Rentals to everyone that asks. Your customer service has gone above and beyond any other rental company I have dealt with in the past which why I will always be a loyal customer of Omega Rentals in the future.

YES, we were blown away by how well the car worked, your friendly service and unbelievable fast check out and check in. You folks certainly have the secret to running a top notch transportation rental company. The "big boys" in the United States could learn a thing or two from you folks. 

 We will be forever grateful for this little car and how well it took us to all our amazing and life altering adventures in your beautiful country. 

I have an excellent impression of the company and, most important, of the incredibly friendly and helpful staff you have. This was the second time that I began my hire in Christchurch and Joseph and colleague again got us off to the perfect start.

When returning the car at Picton, Calvin not only was friendly, but also suggested some walks in the area and provided plums from his garden on what was a very warm day.

The outlets in Wellington and Auckland were equally helpful.

Omega is not only an excellent car hire company, it is one of the best companies I have encountered and as an old grumpy retiree I have a lot of experience in this area.

Advice? Don't change anything-you are as close to perfection as it is possible to be.

I am sending this email as I believe your employees went far above and beyond for Me. 

My name is Ryan and I flew in on Air New Zealand today and my flight was delayed. First I spoke with Fran at the CBD office about my delay and she worked it out for me to complete paperwork at airport hub and arranged transport to do such. 

Upon arriving there I learned I missed my Ferry departure to go to Picton. I am from Chicago and not familiar with the area. I explained I did not know what I was going to do for sleeping accommodations or to book my new Ferry departure. That's when Bevan Holmes jumped in and assisted me in getting my Ferry scheduled for the next day. This allowed me to breath and relax knowing that even tho I was over 6,000 miles or 10,000 kilometers away from home, I was Not left feeling all alone. 

Chris then went online and found me the name and address to a hotel I could rest at near where I needed to be to catch the Ferry. I am Very impressed with my service received. 

Please acknowledge these folks for Me. Fantastic service all around.
