It's a no fuss, efficient rental
We just want you to know how good you are! This is the fourth time we've had a car from you and your slogan is absolutely right. It's a no-fuss, efficient rental, very straightforward, helpful, and flexible where possible and the cars have been reliable.
We like the fact that there's no obvious rental sign on it so it doesn't stand out in a car park etc.
If we come back to NZ which we hope we'll do before we get too old, we'll be coming back to you.

We have rented from Omega for many years. I would never use another company. Kelvin in Picton went beyond closing time to help us. We appreciated that so much. Bronwyn in AKL always so nice to us. Thank you!!!

no need to look elsewhere
25 years ago we began our love affair with NZ and immediately hired a car from Omega. We have returned to the country from our home on the U.K. twenty times and every time we have booked our Omega Car within minutes of confirming our flights! There has been no need to look elsewhere as we know exactly what we will find with Omega: a warm welcome, friendly service, reliable and relatively inexpensive cars, and top-quality pick-ups from airports all over the country. Omega will continue to be our first and only port of call whenever we come back to NZ and for this, we say thank you.

Once again superb service from the Auckland airport team last week. It wasn't a planned trip as my Nana had passed away so it happened to be my 3rd trip back up to Auckland within a month having needed your Omega service. I really appreciate the service provided, especially under my circumstances this time.
Standouts - I would like to mention at your Auckland Airport branch for their professionalism, service, and kindness are Bronwyn and Mercedes.

very happy with the rental experience
I was very happy with the rental experience but I’m not one to write reviews. The only small concern was that the Hutt Rd office was shut when I returned the car necessitating a possibly costly overseas charged call for this Aussie to your office who informed me the staff member was at the airport office. Fortunately, I’d found a one-hour park nearby and returned the key as directed. Given the low hire costs, I’m quite happy with the arrangement and will likely rent again next year when we visit our grandson!
I appreciated the economy and cleanliness of the car and the efficient briefing provided on pickup.
