I have nothing but praise for Omega Rental Cars.
I have never really experienced customer service from a rental car company before and you guys just nail it. Everyone we dealt with, either in person or by phone, was fantastic. So helpful and kind...kindness goes a long way! A sense of everyone going the extra mile for us.
I will definitely recommend you to others and my workplace. I also appreciated the simplicity of your insurance programme. Other rentals have complicated arrangements, yours is simple, the three choices made clear.

Car was a gem and we had a great trip!
Just completed our trip of the lower South Island.
Picked up car from Queenstown Airport, staff were very polite and efficient.
Did 1400kms in Rav4, car was a gem and we had a great trip.
On returning the car to Christchurch office the gentleman driving the shuttle was excellent and a credit to your company.

Our biggest thanks to all
I'm sending this to compliment omega staff and their systems on arrival last Thursday we were collected from Auckland Airport and greeted by efficient helpful cheerful staff it didn't take long for us to be on our way. The car was perfect for our needs. On return Sunday we got stuck at the border and rang staff to inform when we finally got there we were greeted with empathy and smiles please pass on our biggest thanks to all.

Cannot speak highly enough of the staff in Nelson and Christchurch
Just love dealing with Omega cars and will definitely be lining up again soon.
This is not the first time I have rented a vehicle and cannot speak highly enough of the staff in Nelson and Christchurch.
The vehicle was what I wanted and had no issues there.
It was clean and ready when I arrived in Christchurch from Nelson.

First time user of Omega they are affordable and reasonable car hire rentals expected a below average car for the price but surprised to get an above average clean car! Fast quote great service & communication courtesy car pickup to & from airport. Will definitely use Omega in the future!

Service was excellent, booking was easy!
I am happy to tell you I thought your service was excellent. Booking was easy. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. The lady who drove me to and from the airport was friendly and helpful. Staff at your office were the same. It was easy to extend the rental hire. I would definitely use your company again when I next come to Nelson!
