This was the first time we had used Omega and certainly, it won’t be the last. The conversations I had with Mike/Norton (Reservations Team) over the phone to alter and discuss our requirements were absolutely “Top Notch”.

Then to pick up and then return, the staff there made it so easy, a very ‘Big Thankyou’ to the Team in Queenstown.

We had a party of six (two families) and the vehicle that was recommended was ideal.

I always mention I'm still dealing with Kelvin Smith in the Picton office, a top man who gives exceptional service and a great deal hence my return custom. 

In the last 3 or 4 hires I've had out of Nelson I ended up dealing with a young guy called Chinmay another top man always very friendly, polite, and thoroughly professional and all this accompanied with a welcoming smile. I've mentioned in previous e-mails that good staff is hard to find and once again I think you're uncovered another good one.

We are always blown away by Omega’s service, thank you so much. We don’t do Google, Instagram, or others but we cannot stress enough how Omega is Number one for us where car hire is concerned in New Zealand.

My wife and I hired a Nissan Tiida (Automatic) rental car from Omega at Auckland Airport from 21 to 24 December 2021.

The pick-up van arrived promptly to take us to the Omega depot from the airport terminal, and returned us promptly to the terminal when the hire ended.

The van driver and counter staff were pleasant and proficient. 

The price-point for the Tiida was competitive, it was serviced to a high standard before pick up, it was reliable throughout and just the right sort of vehicle for getting around the city and suburbs. 

We had been satisfied Omega customers during the 1990s and 2000s, before living overseas for a while.  So it had been a while.  We had wondered whether the culture had changed.  I can report that your company is as good now as it was at the get-go, and you will be our preferred supplier in the foreseeable future.
