Prices are reasonable, the cars spotless
Omega Rentals have been a delight to deal with over a long period. I have been a very satisfied long-term customer; using Omega several times every year. I have found all staff members to be friendly and efficient, invariably they seem to really enjoy working for the organization. Standards have been maintained despite a change of owners. Prices are reasonable, the cars spotless, quite modern and very economical. I cannot recommend Omega highly enough to everyone!

It's all about the front-line staff
I was supposed to uplift a car from a different company at Auckland Airport, they didn't leave the car for me and I had to spend $110 on a taxi to the Beachhaven. The next morning I went into Auckland City to an office in Beach Road, they wanted me to go to Auckland Airport to uplift the car, that’s when I cancelled the car.
I walked along Beach road when I came across your office, I was met by a lovely young lady who organised a car for me. It's all about the front-line staff, they will make you or break you.

Christchurch airport branch - I thought you would like to know
I had the most wonderful experience at this branch with my rental.
They are the two greatest people, that go out of their way to be helpful reliable, and just generally easy to deal with and nice.
Sometimes the complainers end up the stars because they make the most noise, but that’s not fair and I have gone out of my way to congratulate great work
