How Omega is Protecting You From COVID-19

RE-OPENING THURS 14TH MAY UNDER LEVEL 2:  All our locations will re-open under Level 2, with strict hygiene procedures in place for your protection.

To comply with Covid-19 Level 2 & 3 restrictions and to keep you safe, the following temporary Covid-19 procedures currently apply:

1. Only one person at a time can be transported in our airport shuttle bus. We will ask just the main hirer to travel in our shuttle to the Omega depot, where they will collect their vehicle and can then return to the airport to pick up the remaining passengers. Please retain a 2m personal distance from our driver.

2. While we are at Level 3, only one person at a time can enter our office, on a one in/one out basis. Please look to see if there is already another customer inside and wait for them to leave before entering the office. Take care to maintain a 2m personal distance. A hygiene station including hand sanitizer and gloves will be provided.

How we are Cleaning our Cars...

In response to COVID-19 we have purchased additional supplies of disinfectant and will ensure that every vehicle that leaves our yard has been thoroughly disinfected, paying particular attention to steering wheels, gear knob, door handles and keys (which will be provided to you in a sealed envelope).


Preparations at our Branches...

All our teams around the country have increased their vigilance and, amongst other measures, will be regularly wiping down counters, keyboards, door handles and regularly used items. We're making the process 'contactless', so you will be required to complete all paperwork in advance of collection. We will advise the process for vehicle collection prior to pick up, but rest assured our priority is on ensuring everyone's safety by adherence to physical distancing requirements.
