We have a large range of late model hire cars that range between hatchbacks, sedans, 4WD stationwagons and MPVs (8 seaters) with either automatic or manual transmission. All hire vehicles are equipped with air conditioning, power steering and audio players. Vehicles are covered by the AA (Automobile Association) 24-Hour Roadside Assistance scheme for your own peace of mind.

All car rental charges displayed include unlimited kilometres, GST (NZ Government taxes). Insurance cover is exclusive of the first $1000.00 ($1250.00 for MPV). An optional collision damage waiver is available at NZ$10.00 per day (NZ$12.00 for MPV), which reduces this excess (deductible) to nil. Our locations throughout New Zealand are situated in Auckland Airport, Auckland Central, Wellington, Picton, Christchurch, Nelson and Queenstown. Omega Rental Cars provide a free shuttle service to and from Airports & Ferry terminals within normal office hours.
